En el Tercer Foro de Alto Nivel sobre la Efectividad de la Ayuda este año en Accra, Ghana (2-4 septiembre), una de las nueve mesas redondas se dedicará al tema de "¿Apropiación por parte de quién? ¿Liderazgo de quién?" Esta mesa redonda será dirigida por los gobiernos de Suiza y Colombia.

En anticipación del Foro de Accra, los invitamos cordialmente a enriquecer el diálogo internacional sobre "apropiación" al contribuir a nuestro blog llamado ¿Apropiación de Quien?. Sea usted parte del gobierno o de la sociedad civil, de Norte o Sur, sus diversos puntos de vista nos ayudarán a desarrollar una comprensión más amplia de este tema. Estamos seguros que este entendimiento contribuirá a poder diseñar una ayuda más efectiva para el desarrollo.

Con el apoyo del Centro de Desarrollo de la OCDE invitaremos a los analistas expertos en la efectividad de la ayuda a iniciar discusiones semanales sobre dos temas, "apropiación inclusiva" y "liderazgo y capacidad". Estamos ansiosos de leer sus comentarios: están invitados a contribuir ya sea en inglés o español.

At this year’s Third High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Accra, Ghana (2-4 September), one of nine Roundtables will be devoted to the subject of "Whose Ownership? Whose Leadership?". This Roundtable is being co-chaired by the Governments of Switzerland and Colombia.

Ahead of the Accra Forum, we warmly invite you to enrich the international dialogue on "ownership" by contributing to our Whose Ownership? blog. Whether you are from government or civil society, from North or South, your diverse points of view will help us develop a broad and inclusive understanding of the topic. We are confident that such an understanding could contribute to more effective aid for development.

With the support of the OECD Development Centre, we will ask leading thinkers about aid effectiveness to kick off weekly discussions on two themes: "inclusive ownership" and "leadership and capacity".
